Today’s recipe is easy, healthy, and delicious, what more could you want!?



Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk (or almond milk)
Calories: 100                              

2 TBSP PB2 powdered peanut butter (can be found in the health food section, or by the regular peanut butter)  
Calories:45                         

1 scoop chocolate whey protein 
Calories: 113                                 

Total calories: 258. 

put all items in a blender and add ice. Blend till smooth. enjoy
